Event Itinerary

Max Altitude:4329 m

Day 1: Arrival Day

Haridwar – Govindghat (1900m) Drive/280 Kms/8-9 Hrs. At evening, briefing of itinerary. Stay at Govindghat guest house.

Day 2: Trekking Day

Govindghat to Ghangaria. Trek/4-5 Hrs. Stay at camp 3050m.

Day 3: Trekking Day

Ghangaria to Valley Of Flowers (3600m) and return back to Ghangaria campsite. Trek/4-5 Hrs

Day 4: Trekking Day

Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib (4329m) and retun to Ghangaria Campsite. Trek/6-7 Hrs

Day 5: Trekking Day

Ghangaria – Govindghat Trek/3-4 Hrs. Stay at Govindghat in gust house.

Day 6: Departure Day

Govindghat – Haridwar Drive/280 Kms/8-9 Hrs

For air travel, the closest airport is the Jolly Grant Airport (30 kms) in Dehradun and is well connected to Delhi and other parts of the country.


There are frequent Public Transport buses including AC Volvos available from Delhi to Haridwar that cost about Rs. 200-700 per person. These buses depart from Delhi ISBT every 30 mins. or so and take about 4/5 hrs to cover the distance. The same is also applicable on the return journey. A private vehicle can be managed on request.


Delhi is the closest and most suitable point to ctach a train for Haridwar.

Fees Include:

  • Stay at Govindghat on 2 sharing basis in Guest House or Home stay. Dinner and early morning breakfast on arrival and departure day
  • Stay at campsite on 2 sharing basis in tent
  • 3 set of meals during the trekking days.
  • Sleeping bag, mat, crampon, ice-ax, rope.All gears with pro-quality standards.
  • Services of experienced, Exploration Leader and support staffs with due knowledge of the terrain and natural elements to enrich your trek.


  • Transportation – Pickup and drop on arrival and departure of Haridwar, trek start and end point by car.
  • Any Insurance
  • Offloading charges for a backpack, if required.
  • Any other personal equipment or gear.
  • Anything is not mentioned in above inclusions.


  • Cancellation prior to 30 days from the start of the event– full refund.
  • Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event– 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the event– No refund, but if you want to do the same or any other itinerary sometime later within a year, you can avail 50% of the cost paid as a discount on new Itinerary Fee.
  • There will be a deduction of 3.09% as bank processing charges on all refunds.

    • Enrolled participants should be in a good state fitness to enjoy the trek more.
    • Better acclimatization can keep you ahead to enjoy the trek. It’s really important to get used to the thin air of high altitude. After confirmation of booking and during the trek our team & exploration leader will cover this area in detail.
    • To get prepared, involve into brisk jogging, cycling, walking or any other sort of cardiac exercise routine at least 45 days prior to the event.
    • Enrolled participants need to submit a duly filled medical report of basic wellness authorized by certified physician.
