Day 2: Trekking Day
Govindghat to Ghangaria. Trek/4-5 Hrs. Evening show on different flowers of the valley. Stay at camp/guest house 3050m.
Day 3: Flower Day
Explore flowers of the valley. Ghangaria to Valley Of Flowers (3600m) and return back to Ghangaria campsite 3050m. Trek/4-5 Hrs
Day 4: Trekking Day
A magical himalayan alpine meadow walk. Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib (4329m) and retun to Ghangaria Campsite, 3050m. Trek/6-7 Hrs
Day 5: Helicopter Ride Day
A helicopter ride through the mountain gorge of Himalayan valley of flowers. From Ghangaria to Govindghat 1900m. Drive to Haridwar Drive/280 Kms/8-9 Hrs
For air travel, the closest airport is the Jolly Grant Airport (30 kms) in Dehradun and is well connected to Delhi and other parts of the country.
Train
Delhi is the closest and most suitable point to ctach a train for Haridwar/ Rishikesh/ Dehradun. All these 3 are nearest railway junction start your journey by road to Govind Ghat. Nandadevi express & Jana Shatabdi express are 2 trains with good consistancy in timing. Railway info Railway Booking
Road
There are frequent Public Transport buses including AC Volvos available from Delhi to Haridwar. These buses depart from Delhi ISBT every 30 mins. or so and take about 5/6 hrs to cover the distance. The same is also applicable on the return journey.
Distance from Haridwar to Govind Ghat by car is around 291 Kms. Estimated travel time travelling from Haridwar to Govind Ghat by a dedicated car is 9 hours and 30 minutes. Please budget between 30-60 Minutes for a delay in traffic. Shared taxi and bus options are available from Haridwar/ Rishikesh / Dehradun. Starting from early morning 5:30, almost on a 30 mins interval, heading to Badrinath Or Joshimath. Joshimath to Govind Ghat is 45 min distance by car. If you are travelling by a shared transport then you may reach a day early to avoid the rush on sharded transport on an early morning.
You can opt for our pick and drop service by additional cost. A private vehicle can be managed on request too.
Stay at Govindghat on 2-3 sharing basis in Guest House or Home stay. Dinner and early morning breakfast on arrival and departure day.
Stay at a campsite on 2-3 sharing basis in Guest House.
3 set of meals during the trekking days with evening tea & snacks.
Services of experienced, Exploration Leader and support staffs with due knowledge of the terrain and natural elements to enrich your trek.
Exclusions:
Transportation – Pickup and drop on arrival and departure of Haridwar, trek start and end point by car.
Any Insurance
Offloading charges for a backpack, if required.
Any other personal equipment or gear.
Anything is not mentioned in above inclusions.
Cancellation:
Cancellation prior to 30 days from the start of the event– full refund.
Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event– 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the event– No refund, but if you want to do the same or any other itinerary sometime later within a year, you can avail 50% of the cost paid as a discount on new Itinerary Fee.
There will be a deduction of 3.09% as bank processing charges on all refunds.

Fitness
Enrolled participants should be in a good state fitness to enjoy the trek more.
Better acclimatization can keep you ahead to enjoy the trek. It’s really important to get used to the thin air of high altitude. After confirmation of booking and during the trek our team & exploration leader will cover this area in detail.
To get prepared, involve into brisk jogging, cycling, walking or any other sort of cardiac exercise routine at least 45 days prior to the event. Prepare a fitness routine on your own
